Test, audit, and secure applications to deliver flawless dApps.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create solutions that impress clients and users alike.
2+ years in blockchain development, or 3+ years in software development with blockchain exposure.
Proficiency in Solidity (Ethereum) or Rust (Solana/Polkadot).
Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or Hyperledger.
Solid understanding of consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, DPoS) and Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js).
Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Python, or Go.
Knowledge of cryptography, hashing, and secure coding practices.
Familiarity with IPFS, blockchain oracles, decentralized storage, and APIs.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
Have experience with DeFi, NFTs, or decentralized exchanges.
Hold blockchain certifications or a CS/Engineering degree.
Can dive deep into Layer-2 scaling or advanced cryptography.
