At Nonceblox, we specialize in delivering customized blockchain development and metaverse solutions tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Due to the specialized and resource-intensive nature of our services, this policy explains the terms governing cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation of Services

• Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request to info@nonceblox.com.
• Cancellation requests must include relevant project details and the reason for cancellation.
• Once a project has been initiated or a service has been availed, immediate allocation of resources, time, and expertise takes place. Therefore, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not applicable once the project has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Blockchain application development
• Smart contract development and deployment
• NFT integrations
• Metaverse development
• Consulting and technical advisory services

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 2 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Exceptional Cases

Nonceblox understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, where management determines that a refund is fair and justified, a partial or full refund may be considered.

• Such cases must be reported within 15 days from the date the issue arises.
• The decision to issue a refund lies solely with Nonceblox management.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Important Notes

• This policy strictly applies to Nonceblox’s blockchain and metaverse services.
• Any disputes or claims shall be resolved in accordance with Nonceblox’s Terms & Conditions.
• All monetary transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Nonceblox reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
